1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using GlobalVetCo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to use GlobalVetCo. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share your credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

GlobalVetCo offers Free, Student, Professional, and Clinic subscription tiers. Features and pricing are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials for paid plans. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charges will be incurred during the trial period.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on GlobalVetCo — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, calculators, AI models, and design elements — is the property of GlobalVetCo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Licensed Content

Books, articles, and other third-party content available through our platform are provided under license agreements with their respective publishers. Your access to this content is limited to personal, non-commercial use within the GlobalVetCo platform.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of platform content
• Download, screenshot, or otherwise capture books or articles for redistribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GlobalVetCo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use AI features to generate content for harmful or deceptive purposes

6. Clinical Disclaimer

GlobalVetCo provides educational resources, reference materials, and clinical tools. The content on our platform is for informational and educational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalVetCo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from clinical decisions made using platform tools
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GlobalVetCo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to GlobalVetCo at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the platform ceases immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery, then permanently delete it
• Outstanding payment obligations survive termination

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware, USA.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the EU, these Terms do not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email and platform notification. Continued use of GlobalVetCo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
