Getting Started

Visit globalvetco.cloud and click "Get Started Free." You can sign up with your email address or through Google. No credit card is required for the free plan, and you'll have immediate access to a selection of our library.

After your 14-day free trial on any paid plan, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier. You won't lose any bookmarks or reading history — you'll simply lose access to premium content and tools until you subscribe.

Yes. Your account works across all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. Your reading progress, bookmarks, and calculator history sync automatically. There's no limit on the number of devices you can be logged into.

Subscription & Billing

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual clinic plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. Our Clinic plan supports up to 10 team members. For universities, veterinary schools, or larger organizations needing 10+ seats, contact our sales team at sales@globalvetco.cloud for custom pricing with volume discounts.

Our Student plan is already priced at a 50% discount compared to Professional. We also offer additional discounts for students in developing countries. Verify your student status during signup using a valid .edu email address.

Library & Content

Our library currently contains over 4,736 veterinary ebooks and references covering 40+ specialties including small animal, large animal, exotic, equine, wildlife, and aquatic medicine. New titles are added weekly.

Student, Professional, and Clinic plans include offline access. You can download up to 20 books at a time for offline reading through our web app. Downloaded content is available for 30 days before requiring an online sync to verify your subscription.

We add new titles every week, typically 15–25 new books per month. We also update existing editions as publishers release revisions. You can see the latest additions on the Library page under "New This Week."

Calculators & Tools

We offer drug dosing, fluid therapy, CRI (constant rate infusion), anesthesia, nutrition, blood transfusion, and emergency calculators. All calculators support multiple species and are regularly reviewed by board-certified specialists.

Yes. Every calculator formula and dosing protocol is reviewed by our veterinary advisory board, which includes board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines. We cite primary references for every formula used.

Professional and Clinic plans include calculation history, allowing you to save, export, and revisit past calculations. Results can be exported as PDF for medical records integration.

AI Features

Our AI assistant is trained on veterinary medical literature and can help with differential diagnoses, drug interactions, treatment protocols, and clinical decision support. It cites peer-reviewed sources for every recommendation and is designed to assist — not replace — your clinical judgment.

The AI assistant with basic queries is available on Professional and Clinic plans. The full diagnostic support suite, including image analysis and case discussion, is available on the Clinic plan. All AI responses include source citations.

The lab interpreter cross-references results against species-specific reference ranges and flags clinically significant deviations. It achieves over 95% agreement with board-certified pathologist interpretations in our internal validation studies. Always use clinical judgment alongside AI recommendations.

Technical Support

GlobalVetCo works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest two major versions). We recommend Chrome or Safari for the best experience. Mobile browsers on iOS 15+ and Android 12+ are fully supported.

Use the "Help & Feedback" button in your dashboard sidebar, or email support@globalvetco.cloud. Professional and Clinic plan subscribers get priority response within 4 business hours. Community feature requests are tracked on our public roadmap.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, backed up daily across multiple geographic regions, and stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for Professional and Clinic plans.
